This is basically a redesign of the old PM88 two seater, outboarder motorboat. It is downscaled by 20x, so it is about 205mm long. You can customize it yourself if you do not want my names and number on it.
Use the customizer to make your boat. Choose your racingnumber and the name of the pilot and the name of the copilot. They appear on your boat.

0.1 layer x 0.4 nozzle or less
Notes:
The boat: Place the model on the backside (it has 15deg) and print in spiralvase mode with enough bottomlayers to build the backwall(0.5mm).
I used a 0.1mm resolution and 7 bottomlayers for the hull. It was a challenge for my slicers to get a proper toolpath. With Cura i had the least problems by the way.
The seat: Place the model on the side and print it in spiralvase mode too.
The shield: Turn it upside down and place it on the bed flat, then print it in normal mode, spiral would not work proper(because of islands)
All the other parts could be printed spiralwise too but since they are small it doesn't really matter.
For a dual cockpit you have to mirror the cockpit.stl
Build
Clean all parts, watertighten the boat, color your parts if you like and glue them together.
