This is a life-size version of the tiny lightsaber that originally came with the Kenner Jedi Luke figure. I designed it in Fusion360 as my first project using that software, and I think it came out pretty well. The blue one in the photo has been finished and painted, while the green one was just printed and glued together. (Kenner made both blue and green versions of this saber, in case you were unaware.)
It's designed to need no support whatsoever. Print one of each part except for "kenner_luke_saber_blade_body.stl" which you should print 3 times. The various parts fit together with the included printed pins. I also included a full and unbroken version of the saber in case anyone needs that. Print settings don't really matter too much with this one.
