Since I couldn't successfully slice the source file, I decided to do a remix. It uses a standard 608 bearing (real or printed) for the center. There are voids under each face that hold 3 U.S. pennies apiece and get printed in. I recommend printing at .2mm in order for the math to work best. Set a pause at 6mm to drop the coins in, then finish the print. If you want to print the eyes, bow, etc. in a different color, that should probably start at 8mm.
