Modeled this in blender. This is about a 14 hour model. Certain details need some refinement, but I'm done with this project for now, as I have other projects that need attention. Its a bit tricky getting the cannons to print properly, but this works for now. Anything with small parts like this is always going to be a challenge to get printed.
I don't think it will take kindly to any sort of scaling, so if you have issues with fitting your printer, I'd slice parts off, rather than scale.
This is likely a challenge to get printed, so try not to get too frustrated! I used a large brim to get the wings to stay together and prevent warping, although once printed, they should have a bit of flex to them so you should be able to move them to the correct position for glue up!
