I found the Thingiverse model (thing:2007579) and really enjoyed printing the original but it was made for a character so it was designed really wide and a little short. I uploaded the file into Simplify3d and changed the dimensions around to keep the detail but make it a more accurately sized and proportioned model! This now looks and feels like the real shoes.
This time around I went with different and more color correct paint and much finer brushes! I have also included some pictures of the original model side by side with my remixes version!

Notes:

For some reason the model will print and inside the shoe it will have a one or two layers inside the shoe. I punched this hole open and sanded inside the shoe.

Post-Printing

For this project i used filler primer, acrylic paints: red, yellow, green, blue, and white.

Spot putty is your friend and wet sanding!

How I Designed This

The original model had a center piece inside that i removed using meshmixer. Sadly for some reason the model still prints one or two layers inside the shoe but is easily punched out. I edited the width, length, and height using Simplfy3D.
