Good, good...it's Emperor Palpatine's Cane! There's surprisingly little canon or Legends material around this prop, but it looks cool so I modeled it and now you, yes you, can 3D print it if you so choose.
There are six pieces total. Each piece is labeled with its part number and also (except for part 1) is labeled where the previous piece should be stacked. So for example, 2 is labeled "2" on top but also has "1" on the bottom so you can more easily find the correct orientation for that part.
All parts are in the orientation I printed them and personally I used support generated in Cura for 6 which is, admittedly, a lot of support material. Feel free to play around with the orientation and let me know what worked best for you!
