I found a clock insert on ebay that looks like it would fit into this clock so I resized the clock and carved a hole so that the clock insert would fit. My print bed is only 150x150x150 mm so I cut the clock into three pieces. The cutting is not great so you'll need supports and good gluing skills.
I took the model into meshmixer and tried to smooth and fix some of the clock. It looks slightly better.
Here's where to locate the clock insert on ebay:

or search for "2-1/2" (65mm) QUARTZ CLOCK Insert, Gold Trim, Roman Numeral".
After printing, it might be good to finish it with primer and some sort of metallic paint.
I glued the pieces together will "Seal All" glue. I then sprayed it with Primer then with Shiny silver paint.
