Spinning Yin Yang Logo/Symbol, Taichi, Key Chain
The yin-yang logo (aka, symbol, diagram, or Taichi Tu) is an interesting geometric structure with a touch of traditional oriental philosophy. It is full of circles, lending itself to an appealing 3D design project. One can make the basic shape first and then gradullay add more features. In this design, I made the inner disc spinnable, thus adding an extra layer to the design challenge.
It has a diameter of about 46mm and is 4.8mm thick. It prints well at a resolution between 0.1mm and 0.2mm in one piece. Have fun!
