Raid pass for Pokemon Go. Found a couple online that were a bit chunky and didn't look quite right. Put this together as my first project in Fusion 360.
Print, paint, glue.
I added a little pocket under the bottom cover so some simple LED's can be added for a glowing effect. I added hot glue to defuse the light. The cover acts as a switch with just some aluminum foil. When it is pulled away it breaks the connection.
Update:
I noticed a artifact on the Raid_Bottom.stl file for the original upload. I had a tolerance issue with my final print so I added a .5mm cut to add more space for the button batteries. This change was untested and I am not sure if it would affect the print. I have replaced the file with Raid_Bottom v2 which removes the cut and corrects the artifact. I have also uploaded v3 which has the bottom conduits(b) already on the print. This will eliminate having to print the 4 smaller parts and make the final assembly easier.
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Infill:
15%-20%
Notes:
The only part that needs support is Raid_Top.stl, the lanyard/ribbon loop at the top floats a bit off the build surface. Every other part can be printed without supports. Print the "Conduit" parts horizontally for better strength. The top and bottom covers should be printed vertically.
