This is gas cap retainer for a 2007 prius, the snaps on my old one broke so I thought I would try to print one. I installed it this morning, it was a little tight to get around the rim of the gas cap but it did get over. Otherwise it works prefectly.

I used 5 layers for the wall thickness
a little heat may help the installation since it was a little tight
I measured the old part with calipers and replicated the shape as best I could and made assumptions about the form in the areas that were broken
This is a simple print that should print in ABS as is. I would recommend a heat build chamber
Step 1. get a 2007 prius
step 2. check that the gas cap retainer strap is broken
step 3. if it is broken print this part
step 4. remove all remnants of the old part from the gas cap
step 5. install the newly printed part
