100%, 5%
Notes:
Moon: Chose between a textured or plain moon, they are both 5mm and interchangeable.
The lithophane version must be printed with 100% infill. I started with 0.25 layers and switched to 0.1 above 2.5mm.
Rock: I printed with 5% rectangular infill.
Wolf: 0.2 times 5 layers with 100% infill.
Moon lithophane:
(1) Found an image of the full moon on google images.
(2) Ran it through an online lithophane converter, however, it couldn't produce disk shaped models. http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/
To be able to edit it I had to (3) reduce the numbers of polygons on the lithophane with Meshmixer.
(4) Uploaded it to Tinkercad. I found Tinkercad was the only program that didn't crash* when cutting the model. (limited to 25MB, 300 000 polygons).
(5) Cut it. (6)Exported it. (7) Printed it.
*I thought it crashed, gave up, and when I later opened the browser tab it had completed the cut! :D
