This is a printable version of tidusyuna's Kanna model, found here:

All model design credit goes to them.

This version is smoothed out and combined into just one watertight mesh, suitable for FDM printers.

Use Meshmixer or Cura Tree Supports. I used Cura tree supports.

Notes:

I used a 0.2mm nozzle for this. You could use a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer heights though, but I haven't tested it. Use Cura Tree Supports for proper support. If you're careful, you can extract all the support material without damaging the tail. If you do damage it, it's no tough job for a small dab of superglue to fix.

How I Designed This

I used 3DS Max to give each of the separate shells a TurboSmooth modifier, each with 2-3 iterations. I exported these smoothed shells to Meshmixer, where I ran the Make Solid tool with high detail settings, on Accurate mode, with an offset of 0.2 to thicken up the thinnest parts of the model. Then I used the sculpting tools and smoothed out the sections that didn't smooth properly. I went back into 3DS Max and cleaned up some odd interior shells that I didn't mean to generate, which would have made her hollow otherwise.
