I made this mask for my kids Wolf Predator costume and I taught that you might like it..
As I am sharing it now, it is sized for 8yo kid, so if you would like to print it for an adult you have to scale it up a bit - how much? No idea! :)
It is printed in 3 parts (not counting the teeth/horns), but they don't have any alignment pins, so, gluing it together can be tricky - I first glued the parts together with superglue, then I printed small thin squares about 2x2cm big, heat them up, pressed them onto the seams from the inside so they got the right shape, after they cooled I epoxyed across the seam.. Each seam has 3 such reinforcements across its length.
The red light (laser sight) is just a cylinder with a battery, switch and piece of LED strip with 3 LEDs inside.. It is painted black and hot glued behind the holes. Between the holes and the LEDs there is a piece of plastic that i scratch with sanding paper to diffuse the light some.. Teeth/horns were painted and glued on last..
For the dreads I sawed some thick fabric into tapered tubes and i glued them onto the mask in two rows. Some dreads have strips of craft foam painted copper glued around them.
There is an elastic strap glued on the inside to hold the mask on the head - it holds surprisingly well! :)
This mask is a part of the whole costume, I printed whole bunch of other stuff, wrist claws (non-retractable) (modified from some other model), wrist detonator (with led lights) (modified from some other model), shoulder armor, belt, bombs on the belt, skulls around the neck.. And a spear (extendable).. And a really cool cardboard backpack.. And.. more stuff..
Anyway, hope you like it and find some use for it - it makes an awesome wall decoration!!
