This is a simple model of the belt Captain America wore with his stealth suit costume in Winter Soldier. I made a belt out of artificial leather and attached this to it with adhesive-backed Velcro.
The part can be printed as a single object, however I printed it as two and glued them to assure a better finish for the visible surface.
If you have Autodesk Fusion 360 you can access an editable version of the models with these links:

Notes:
I used a 0.6 mm nozzle and a speed of 50 mm/s.
I sanded and spray painted it metallic
I printed in silver, and it didn't look terrible unfinished, but it looked much better after a light sanding and a coat of hammered steel spray paint.
I traced an image in Fusion 360
I imported an image of the belt buckle from Google images into Fusion 360 and traced its outline. Then I extruded it and added some fillets and shelled it.
When I pulled this image from Google images, I assumed it was a metal film prop. But when I went back to cite it for this post, I discovered that it's actually a resin cast replica for sale by TheBronzeArmory. You can check out this and other awesome cosplay gear they sell on Etsy.
