A model of the Amulet of Articulation from the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The main amulet section is titled Amulet of Articulation, and the rings that attach the amulet to the chain thing in the in-game mesh are titled Amulet of Articulation Rings.
I used Onshape and in-game reference images to replicate it as closely as I could.

The rings are optional to print. I designed them because they are in the game mesh, but you could easily use just the main amulet piece for a necklace. If you do want to use the rings, you'll have to use your glue of choice to put together the cut ring around the whole ring and the amulet.
