Here is my version of Ezri Dax targeting visor for TR-116 rifle (coolest in entire Trek in my opinion). You will need plastic headband (I used 15mm wide from eBay), laser cut visor in translucent yellow perspex, 3V battery CR2032, mini slide switch and 3 x 3mm yellow LED's connected in parallel. After printing all bits just glue them together and you might need to use hair dryer to warm the plastic and reshape some parts a little bit depending on your head size and shape.
