Go to thing:2365733 and use the LegoPlate4PegForScale.stl to make sure you have a snug fit for your legos.
I used a drill to make holes in the lego board and a poking tool for making holes in fabric of hat.
I used a heat gun to slightly bend lego board to hat.
Then I used the 3d print filament rivet technique to attach the lego board to the hat.
