trainer reds hat emblem
this uses 3mm thick, 8mm diameter magnets and i found they fit flush with a little bit of force and no need for glue but thats all down to each persons printer.
I sanded the surfaces down a little and then put some enamel gloss on it so it feels smooth but keeps the layer look.
