my dog chewed up my pair of glasses so I took the lenses and created new frames. these have a small lip and tabs on the back to hold the lenses in place.

I printed at .2mm layer height with the face of the frames down. supports could be used on the hinges as there is a small amount of overhang.
I used a hair dryer to bend the frame to the curve of the lenses, and to get a custom fit around the ears.
