This is a sword from the anime Sword Art Online. This is Guilty Thorn. I cut this sword to fit any printer that can handle 100mm in Z height. There is also an uncut version included. Two versions of the sword are available here. One is the uncut version and the other is cut for printers with z height of 100mm.
Test fit all components before final assembly. All pieces can be individually printed in their desired color.
Print one of each piece except what is stated below.
17 x Alignment pin 20mm
1 x Alignment pin 100mm ( This ties the Handle Top/Guard Bottom/Guard Top together)
I always recommend printing alignment pins at 100% infill and laying flat on the build plate. I design a conservative 0.2mm tolerance into these pin fitments. Please remember to test print the alignment pins and adjust the scale until you get a tight fit.
