San's Mask from the 1997, Studio Ghibli film, Princess Mononke.
I used a number of reference images when designing this, many of which have differing shapes and proportions of the mask itself. I tried to reach a middle ground of being as accurate as possible, while still looking good when worn by a human rather than an anime character.
Included in this set is the Mask, mounting anchors for an elastic strap, Ears and headband.

I'd recommend taking measurements of your head and the mask just in case you need to make the mask a little bigger or smaller. I've left the 'Mask' file un-split for printing so that you can best adjust it to your needs. See the photo below for the location of the mounting anchors for the elastic strap.
