Slightly improved Tweety Bird. Flat feet, beefy legs, and tail stays on! :)

Notes:
I couldn't print the original "skinny-leg" version. I tried the default size and 150%. The feet fell off as well as the tail on both versions. Oops :) Legs too skinny.
So I imported into Z-Brush and beefed up Tweety's legs and blended them into the feet. Then I stuck the tail feather on a bit stronger. I also flattened the bottom of the feet in 3D Builder so Tweety could stand on own.
The example shown here is printed at 150% and is 110mm tall. I used a raft and supports.
