I didn't due much to this file. I added the text and cleaned up the mesh. The original model didn't have a uniform base when opened in Simplify3D. There were gaps and strange square caverns throughout it. I fixed that problem.

Notes:
I've printed this at 50%, 66%, and 75% scale with marvelous results. I don't see any reason it can't be scaled as large or as small as you want.
