第1条所列产品参数为招标基础要求,加★部分为必须满足项,投标产品的参数值应符合或高于本条要求。投标单位须提供投标产品的印刷彩页,并加盖生产厂商单位公章,否则视为不能响应招标参数。

第2条项目授权委托书及售后服务承诺书须提供原件并加盖生产厂商单位公章,否则视为不能响应招标文件参数。

第3条《软件著作权登记证书》须提供复印件并加盖软件供应商单位公章,否则视为不能响应招标文件参数。

4. The bidder's 3D scanner has a 3D scanning brand certificate for the China-US Youth Maker Competition.

The product parameters listed in Article 1 are the basic requirements for bidding, and the addition of part is mandatory. The parameter values of the bidding products shall meet or exceed the requirements of this article. The bidding unit shall provide the printing color page of the bidding product and affix the official seal of the manufacturer's unit, otherwise it shall be deemed unable to respond to the bidding parameters.

The Article 2 project authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter shall be provided with the original and affixed with the official seal of the manufacturer's unit, otherwise it shall be deemed unable to respond to the parameters of the bidding documents.

Article 3 "Software Copyright Registration Certificate" shall provide a copy and affix the official seal of the software supplier unit, otherwise it shall be deemed unable to respond to the parameters of the bidding documents.

Article 4 requires additional requirements for bidding. If the bidding product meets the requirements, it may add 5 points. If it does not meet, it shall be reduced by 5 points.
