I printed mine in transparent filament at 0.8 line with, 0.1 layer height, 0.8 wall, 1mm top and bottom, zero supports, and zero infill purely for artistic effect - though if using coloured filament or anticipate handling it a lot (inc. painting it maybe?) then perhaps 15% infill might not be a bad move. Mine took 6 hours to print on the settings shown and required only minor cleanup on the bottom of a couple of wayward overhangs.
