This is a miniature for the Gloomhaven Giant Viper monster. This is a bit on the large side, but I wanted to make sure that the scale pattern came through successfully. It doesn't entirely fit on my bases, so I'm printing a batch right now with the bases attached and one of the numbers completely covered up by the snake.
Unlike most of my models, this one only needs a bit of support, which was relatively easy to remove =) To that end, I broke it up into two halves. The lower half shouldn't need any support (I'm testing it right now with 3 of them...), then the top half can be printed separately at an odd angle and with support. I'm still playing around with printing the split versions, but the whole version printed really well without a base, so I'm publishing it now.
I made this with a .25 mm nozzle and 0.05 mm layer heights. I don't know how it will work with other hardware, but let me know if you run into any problems and I'll see what I can do.
8/11/18 Update: If anyone's curious how I made this guy, it was actually really easy. I put together a blog post about it at http://objectforge.blogspot.com/2018/08/new-thing-giant-viper.html
