So the hair is a little hard to print. I recommend printing it first to make sure you can get it to come out before wasting filament on the rest. I added some extra supports to it, should be able to print orientated as is with brim and support to bed turned on.
The hips and hair require supports, everything else does not. The collar is thin and has a small footprint so make sure bed adhesion is good. If using a raft it may be hard to remove without damaging. The pompoms are pinned with 1.75mm filament and may need cleaning out with a drill bit.
