This is a 28mm scale .stl of the American M4A3 sherman with the multi-barrelled T-34 rocket launcher added to the turret, which was nicknamed the "Calliope". The background is given here:

I was intrigued by this vehicle, and it actually tempts me to start an American Army, as it only costs 250 points for a regular one in Bolt Action, and gives you a regular sherman plus the added destructive fun of a multi-launcher. It is only available to American forces; sadly they didn't Lend Lease to their western allies.
I started with the M4A3 from Tiger Ace's Premium collection (accredited) - please note that after i did my test print I reworked the tracks; adding the cleats to the track and rubber to the bogie wheels, and a spacer on the back to add in alignment with the hull. I also added some detail to the hull; removing the tools on the rear deck and adding more detailed ones, and adding some detail to the rear of the tank.Typically I only thought of this after I had printed off my own model...
You are going to have to add the Hull MG; I left a recess; I use a short piece of a paper clip. It just works better, IMHO.
I them moved to Bergman's model of the Calliope, and broke it down to several parts, adding recesses in each of the 30 tubes, plus bolts, and a new support piece for the central support that affixes to the gun barrel.
It is a neat piece of kit.
