Buddha, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam, 15th - 16th century, gray stone. Musée du Cinquantenaire (Brussels, Belgium). Made with ReMake and ReCap Pro from AutoDesk.
The Buddha is in a meditative position with his hands in the lap. The cranial protuberance, one of the corporal characteristics of Buddha, is integrated into the conical hairstyle. The monastic robe hangs in a set of symmetrical folds on both shoulders. The round face, the style of the garment and the play of the folds betray the Chinese influence.
