I simply uploaded the scan from Three D Scans: http://threedscans.com/institut-fur-klassische-archaologie/child-with-goose/. This is an incredible site with tons of high quality scans.
The history of this sculpture is unknown. Information can be found here: https://museum.classics.cam.ac.uk/collections/casts/boy-goose.
I uploaded the original obj file. I resized and rotated the model to be ready for 3d printing and saved it as a STL. The file is huge so I uploaded a 7z file. Download 7-zip if you can't extract it.

Notes:
Must use support everywhere. Must use support interface (a Cura exclusive feature) otherwise support will be impossible to remove. I printed at 0.1mm and used 0.1mm support-to-model distance and removing support was painful. Recommended 0.2mm distance so support is more loosely connected to model. The end result is beautiful and worth the trouble.
