This was for a school project for one of my kids. So it should be easy to puzzle for kids. The file ant.stl is the complete set. It fits to a print bed of 200mmx200mm. All the other files are the single pieces in case something goes wrong. It is a very nice 3d puzzle printed in aprox. 1.5h at 50mm/s. The build instructions could be found in the file Puzzle Insructions.pdf

Simply copied the SVG file for a laser cutter from this page http://wiki.fablab-nuernberg.de/w/Ameise and converted it for a 3d print job. Details like part numbers were added and merged into the pieces in Tinkercad and exported. If you want to change something you can copy my Tinkercad project and edit it for your needs.
