I just LOVE balisong's... the good ones use to be expensive!! but we all have 3d printers!!!  so... I share this design with all of you... I upload it before I print mine!!! so share anything wrong you find...

Update: I modify the files... make it "print safe"... and scale down a bit since I did the first one too big!! (more like a machete LOL)

20 for Knife and Handlers, 90 for Locks

Notes:

You can print 2 files, "Knife and Handlers.stl" and "Locks.stl"

As "Locks.stl" will handle more preasure, make sure to put your infill high for it! I print mine at 90!

Make sure the handler with the lock is mounted to be folded to the knife edge (If you know balisongs, I don't need to tell you about this...)

Assembly:

01) Put one "Pasador 2" on the bigger hole of the "Hoja"

02) Mount the "Mango Safe" to the top of the blade using one "Pasador 1". Make sure the channel part of the handler is facing the outside of the knife when is open...

03) Mount the "Mango Danger" to the bottom of the blade (the edgy side) using one "Pasador 1". Make sure the channeled part of the handler is facing the outside part of the knife when is open

04) Mount the "Lock" using one "Pasador 2"... and that's all! ENJOY YOUR KNIFE!!!!
