The model is based upon a double manual harpsichord at the University of Alberta. It is a reconstruction of one built by the German harpsichord maker Christian Zell (1683-1763).
The model in the photograph was printed on my Makerbot Replicator+, using a Smart Extruder+ with raft, 10% infill and a layer height of 0.1mm. No supports are necessary. The parts are designed to fit together with sockets and pegs for correct positioning, and a few drops of Super Glue will fix them permanently in place.
You will need to print eight copies of the leg and one copy of each of the other parts.
Print all parts in the orientation shown above.
