I still have 1 more piece to print but I wanted to get this out there so people can get it printed before Halloween.  I'm waiting on one more roll of filament to print the right horn tip.
I will post another pic when it is finished.

This thing is MASSIVE!!  I used 5 KG of filament (2 white for the skull and 3 tan for the horns).

I made this for my daughter so it may not fit a large adult.  It just barely fits me.  Because of the weight, I don't recommend this for small children.

I moved the eyes to the front for obvious reasons.  Now it looks like a hybrid of human and ram skull.

If you print at higher resolution, it will take forever to print.  It looks very good at 0.35.  The longest part to print was 30 hours and there are 16 parts.

I did the infill at 5% to keep it as light as possible.  It comes out perfectly.

Do not do less than 4 perimeters or the pin holes will break when assembling it.
