Orca Whale Model - I don't claim 100% anatomical correctness, but I think the basic shape is quite close.
Regarding printing and post processing: So far I have only printed it with ABS, because I wanted to smooth it with acetone. The shiny version you can see in the images is the result. I printed it with a brim, and supports, so after printing, there was quite some work invololved to get rid of the support material, and sanding the parts where it touched the model. You have to be careful with the thin parts of the fins.
All in all, I think the work was worth it, I really like the result.
