This is my first attempt to create a cookie cutter - not yet tested. Please let me know if it worked.

Drawn in Sketch, finished in Tinkercad.
Drawn in Sketch with the bezier tool.
I duplicated all parts twice and changed the line width for the handle and the cutter 5:1. Then I changed it to outline and exported each part as SVG. Make shure to have the same alignment to upper left corner. After importing in Tinkercad just adjust the heights.
