STILL WORK IN PROGRESS
New version of http://www.semaker.com/productdetail/1725
I´ve changed the old G25 and now the wheel is Open Sim Wheel compatible.
The thickness of the base is increased due to the OSW higher torque (2.5 mm on the 2015 version vs 5 mm on this).I have the wheel tested and feels quite rigid right now.
The quick release is a remix from one made by RacingMat,pitifully at this time is no available.
You need one of this https://www.decathlon.es/abrazadera-sillin-349-mm-id_3640502.html to attach to the OSW motor shaft.
The part gamuza2016.stl is made with filaflex. You need 4 (2 of them mirrowed) and glue them to the wheel.I´ve used Loctite.
For the shifter paddles print 2 manetacambio_b.stl or 2 manetacambio_corta.stl (this is 15mm shorter if feels better to you). One of them needs to be mirrowed.
Print also 2 manetacambio_a.stl,one of them mirrowed too,and 1 basecambio.stl.
The quick release is ready to fit 2 more paddles for the clutch in the lower position.I do not use them, but if you want go ahead. The parts are the same as above.
The printer settings are almost the same that with the old wheel.
The body, cover, and paddles are printed with e3d volcano 1mm nozzle with 0.5 layer height and 2 perimeters.
For the piña23mm.stl use 100% infill and 0.2 layer height with 2 perimeters.
For the gamuza2016.stl,0.1mm layer height and 2 perimeters.
Perhaps you must increase the perimeters if you have a narrow nozzle.
