"tweak" of the Sword of Omens Full power and Dagger builds. Huge props to the ones that have gone before.... I just applied my own version of OCD.
handle - broke everything apart, threaded everything. print as much as you want or either the dagger or sword segments.
cross-guard - make the eye threaded, closed off one side of the mounting holes, make a cover plate and made some other minor tweaks.
guards - split and cleaned them. holes are 2mm, so 1.75mm filament should work if you want to use something to align them.
blade... sorry, had to do some re-design the sword blade, just cleaned up the dagger.
print 4 of the middle segments, or... as many as you think you need!
everything is small enough that you could print on a printer with a 4/5/6" bed (100/125/150mm for those metrically inclined).

everything but the eye components can be printed with silver ABS.
eye_outer will be completed with red ABS - waiting on red filament to arrive....
lion will be printed with black ABS
lion_eye and closed inner eye and blank eye printed with clear ABS. (T-GLAS to be specific)
cross-guard notes: use little tiny screws to hold it together (sorry, don't have the exact size, they were "pack-rat" items that I had laying around.
I made little threads to hold a modified eye. (sorry, previous eyes were painful to look at in blender)
the eye was also threaded and then multiple cutouts made.
guards can still rotate - you will need to mirror and flip the half guard in your gcode building application (I use Cura and it works just fine).
This was built for a friend of mine that's a huge fan and gets all the cleanup work (talking about you Wolverine 1977)!
tried to include blender files, but... they don't appear to save on this site. shrug
Also included a couple of Cure files that have the lion as part of the project,
downloaded other fantastic models and then.... blender....
and blender and blender and.... damn that's a lot of vertices!!!
