I had this toy when I was kid but I was missing a good number of the pieces, so I drew it using the blueprint as a guideline.  It is close but not perfect.  Although the file is presented full scale, I modeled it so that it was optimized when printed at 25%.  Unless you stay in that range it may have too much or too little detail.

This is among the first GI Joe models I'd drawn and had I to do it over I would go about it differently.  However, I've already made enough of them for myself so this likely will not be changed.

It may require some finesse (and maybe some sandpaper) to assemble all of the little pieces.  Also the rotor blade may require a drill bit through the hole to get it on the shaft.  Finally, I intended that you cut off the support underneath the nose cannon.
