Hi!
This is a model of the Airmacchi MB326 an italian trainer from the 60s. We had one of those in my university and I decided to print several little ones to give away at my graduation. It was thought to be about 5 cm whide so I didn't spent much time on deatail.
As mentioned before the dimension of my print is about 4x4x1 cm; the quality can still be improved but it did serve the porpouse of "mass" pruduction (I printed about 40 of this)
Final result
I started from a blueprint I found on the internet; I simply imported it on my Solidworks sketches end modeled in there. The downside of this procedure is that the dimensions of the stl model depend on the resolution of the image, so it needs to be properly scaled/positioned before print.
