I designed this for my wife's 30th birthday. Because I didn't find a suitable decoration I designed and printed one myself.

Just stick everything together. I didn't need to glue it.
Created the numbers in Vectary using the font "Indie Flower". Exported the numbers, imported in Tinkercad. I used the predefined hearts from Tinkercad, resized them. Then I put everything together, arranged them as I thought it would be best. ;)
