Grabbed the model from Nasa (https://nasa3d.arc.nasa.gov/models) and pulled the stl files. There were around 300 objects, so I brought them into Meshmixer. I created 4 objects that I cleaned up and made printable.
It is still a difficult print, but it should definitely be possible.
The files are definitely overkill on quality. If you are able to decimate the files, please do!
