I love "barbarian woman" characters in general and this one has loads of little details that were fun to paint. I particularly like the skull backpack and the magic crystal-powered particle cannon. I have to say Zarya looks good as a redhead!
As usual the STL model has normal maps applied to the surface so print that one if you can.
The OBJ version includes textures in the associated MTL file.

Printed upside-down to allow the cloak to print without supports under it.
Particle cannon is split in two parts that both print vertically then can be glued together.
Sprayed with auto primer then painted with model paints.
I didn't do the blue warpaint because my hands aren't that steady.
I replaced the handle on the cannon with a bit of thin wire so it can be attached to her hand and removed as you want.
