I took the jet turbine design from: https://grabcad.com/library/jet-turbine-blade-1. I will not publish the turbine file until I got the permission to do it. You guys can grab the design from the link above then modify it for fit in this model.

NOTE
The original size was too big for an Ultimaker printer. So I tried different scales and find @40% scale the model can be printed within a reasonable amount of time and easy joints movement.

I'm printing this on a DIY Ultimaker with multi-nozzle tool head and 0.4mm nozzle size.

  • Slicer: Cura 3.5

  • Scale: 40%

  • Print Speed: 45~60mm/s

  • Layer height: 0.15~0.18mm

  • Print time: 35~40 hours

  • Orientation: vertically, with legs parallel to the bed

  • Brim: Needed, I used 8mm wide brim to make sure the adhesion was great

  • Support: MUST have,

  • Support material: PVA

  • Support X,Y, and Z distance: 0

  • Support interface thickness: 1

  • Support density: 15% or so


注意
原模型比较大,不适合在 Ultimaker 机器上打印,所以我试了不同的比例,发现在 40% 的比例下模型打印的时间还可以接受,并且关节活动自如。

我使用的机器是一台自制的多喷头 Ultimaker ,喷头口径 0.4mm.
