The Skyrim Dragon Skull, perfect for mounting on your wall.
I took the skyrim model, and extracted the .obj file, and imported it into blender. I then applied a subsurface modifier and then used the model's normal map (bump map, or the _n suffixed texture file) as a displacement modifier. Then I just exported the results as an .obj file, and here you have it! Credit goes to Bethesda for creating such a detailed combination of model/texture for this.

I recommend using the minimum possible temperature for your material to make the supports removable, and also I highly recommend turning the default supports off and using Cura's "Experimental Tree Supports" instead.
