Notes:
On my Prusa i3MK2, a scale of 1 in Slic3r (out of 100) gets the top and bottom to the right scale. The setup of the two tail-elevators and vertical stabilizer are scaled in proportion to the top and bottom being at scale 1/100.
Use a raft on the tail/elevator STL or rescale and orient the parts. The scale should also be 1/100 for those parts. You may want to have these at a 1.1 or 1.2/100 to get the right scale aesthetically in proportion to the body of the aircraft
I use superglue to attach the top and bottom. After detaching the elevators and vertical stabilizer from the raft I sanded them down and glued them to the body of the jet.
