This was create by Enrique de la Verde Martinez and released here under the Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-Share Alike license. My modification was to use Meshmixer to create support structure for printing. I include the original unsupported version as well.
Cleanup
The model, printed with provided supports, requires cleanup. I used wire cutters to carefully snip the tubular support material, taking about an hour for completion. In the process I snapped off one of the legs, both axe heads and the horse tail. Fortunately, these easily reattached with superglue.
