This is another Vogon referencing Hitchhikers guide vogons. I recently re-watched the movie and felt like the Vogon bureaucracy was a very intimidating foe for an rpg setting.
Note on printing: I have been having some trouble with printing this mini right around his elbows. I will keep testing things out, and update if i can resolve my issue.
