You'll need a 3mm flickering LED, superglue, 2016 coin cell battery. Insulate one of the LED leads to prevent shorting. You can use some pva glue just let it dry all the way before inserting the leads. Glue the LED into the candle, then the candle into the skull, bending the leads as needed, then glue the skull to the base. Bend the negative lead towards the center of the battery cavity & the positive lead into the side slot & up at the end of the slot. Trim the leads as needed. Bend the end of the positive lead so it touches the side of the battery.
