I clumsily edited together the Titan, Aventine, and Voyager into a new ship.
Pioneer class U.S.S. Safari.
If you like the painted ship in the picture, print version 1. The design is far from perfect due to my limited skills so there are some excess bits, but I ran it through Netfabb to close any holes.
I originally designed this ship as the version 2 model. The plan was to go against the rules and put the deflector on top and the shuttle bay on the bottom. I printed a 12 inch model of the version 2 files. When I glued the halves together I found that I liked it better with the back half upside down (shuttle bay on top like a normal Trek ship). I fixed the model’s orientation and labeled it version 1.
My Makerbot liked the model, but the Cura preview had some missing layers when I showed it the front half, so your mileage may vary.
